Get To Know StopFalls Canada
StopFalls CANADA is a combined neurology, otolaryngology and audiology multidisciplinary clinic in the evaluation, investigation, treatment and management of patients with dizziness and balance problems.
When patients see a multidisciplinary team, it helps get them back on their feet faster.
At StopFalls CANADA we take the time to listen, to find answers and to provide you the best care. Dizziness and balance difficulties are symptoms of another problem. The first thing we should do is attempt to find out the underlying cause. You should have medical examination with special attention given to checking for problems that can be associated with balance difficulties. Balance is controlled through signals to the brain from your eyes, the inner ear, and the sensory systems of the body such as the skin, muscles, and joints. Neurologist, Otolaryngologist, and Audiologist play important roles in this process. Identifying the possibility of a serious neurologic and/or ear disorder causing dizziness and vertigo is a top priority. Treatment depends upon the etiology (cause), of course.
